Verified Features: Additional features such as premium features and visibility. 
Verification: We reserve the right to verify listing before publication. Only verified vendors are eligible for premium perks.

4. Responsibilities of Business Owners
By listing your business on Urban Tamu, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business, products, or services.
Ensure that all content you submit (including text, images, and logos) is owned by you or properly licensed for use.

5. Limitation of Liability
Urban Tamu is a directory listing platform that connects users with local businesses. We do not operate, control, or take responsibility for the products, services, or conduct of any business listed on our platform.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, disputes, or issues that arise between a business owner and their customers, including but not limited to product quality, service delivery, pricing, or communication.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that Urban Tamu serves solely as a listing and discovery tool and is not involved in any transactions or agreements between users and business owners.
